Ongoing fitness coaching

Regular one to one coaching consultations will keep you consistent and accountable to your goals. This remote coaching service allows you to workout in the comfort of your chosen environment - you can take your coach with you. Each session takes you through a workout and you can choose the frequency. Can be mixed with the customized training plan service.

Customised training plan

After a detailed consultation with your coach, individuals can benefit from customized 4-6 week training plans that are tailored to their specific goals. You can renew after every period. This unique service takes into account the individual's current fitness level, time commitments, monthly cycle, exercise preferences, and overall aspirations. Optional weekly coach check-ins can be added to ensure you are staying on track .

Goal setting session

This session is designed to help you clarify your goals and create a roadmap to achieve them. Your coach will work closely with you to understand your priorities and map out actionable steps towards your desired outcomes. Additionally, you have the option to opt for accountability check-ins via phone or email. These regular check-ins will provide you with the necessary support and motivation to stay on track and make progress towards your goals.
